Methodology

New contracts

Every 6 hours we read the latest contracts verified on Sourcify for Base (8453) and Ethereum (1). For each we compute from public RPC: deployer transaction count, whether the deployer is a contract (factory) or EOA, runtime code size, EIP-1167 minimal-proxy detection, whether identical bytecode was seen before (clone), and event count since deployment (last ~5k blocks). Score = novel(+2) + EOA(+1) + deployer experience (up to +2) + early events (up to +4) + large code (+1) − common template (−3).

Treasury flows

We scan ERC-20 Transfer logs where the sender is a tracked DAO/protocol treasury (Uniswap, ENS, Compound, Aave, Lido, Maker/Sky, Gitcoin, Ethereum Foundation). Amounts are USD-valued with DefiLlama prices; tokens without a price are dropped; transfers under $1k are ignored. Recipients are labeled from a hand-curated public list (exchanges, market makers, DEX routers). Native ETH transfers are not yet included.

Limits

Coverage is a sample, not every contract on each chain. Labels can be wrong. This is information, not investment advice.
